PETER STUPAR

Born in Washington DC in the '50s, my life changed when the Beatles came to America. I saw the Dave Clark 5, the Yardbirds, the Stones & many others in & around the DC area. I decided to snap some photos with my instamatic camera. I knew I had to get a better camera. I didn't purchase my Nikon until '69. Although many of my early shots are not quite up to par with later work, I've included them anyway... after arriving in SF in '73, I started to get the hang of it. I only had a 200mm lens & could barely afford the film & processing at the time...Several years ago I decided to organize & catalog my collection. This is a work in progress & will most likely keep me busy for the next few years. Contact me with any requests or questions. What I have posted so far is only the beginning.
